We offer a 14 days return policy with a full refund as long as the item/goods are in the original packaging, unopened, unused and uninstalled. We will either give you the option of purchasing another product for the same amount or give a refund. Please contact us to get a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) prior to returning the goods.
Returns of faulty goods
To ensure a quick resolution, we must be informed of any faulty goods to get the matter resolved as soon as possible. The faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of goods delivered, and we will advise you what to do next.
Any damaged goods must be informed to Entirely Bathrooms within 24 hours of receiving your goods together with pictures of the damage.
