The terms and conditions (“these terms”) are binding under the Law of Scotland and set up under the terms and conditions which Entirely Bathrooms makes the products available to yourself.

By using this site, you agree and are bound to the terms of this site. All purchases and orders will be bound between yourself and Entirely Bathrooms.
1. Prices

We have clearly stated our prices for products available online on our store.

In the event that we have made a mistake with a price and under-priced an item, we reserve the right not to supply the item to you at the price stated, as long as we notify you prior to the dispatch of the goods. We reserve the right to correct this at the earliest convenience point and inform yourself.

All prices are charged in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT charged at the current rate applicable.

A full VAT invoice is available on request by emailing us on supplying the goods.

The price listed is not inclusive of delivery charges, unless it clearly states “free delivery to certain UK Zones”.

The delivery charge will be charged accordingly to the location and type of delivery (type of product, size, weight and fragility).

There will still be a delivery charge even though our listing shows free delivery, if the address is not located in UK Mainland ( please refer to the delivery details page).

4. Deliveries

All deliveries are made through a third party company.

Deliveries will be made to the address stated in the order form.

We will do our utmost best to deliver within the stated timescales.

If you have not received your items in 7 days, we suggest getting in touch with our customer services. Once the carrier makes the delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility for any loss or damage to the product.

You as the customer, have within 24 hours of the delivery to inspect the items and if there are any shortages or faults, to inform us of this via email.

For any issues with your products, photographs may be required to determine the type of issue.

It is up to you as a customer to update your information on the online website.

Incorrect information may result in delays or additional cost for deliveries.

The courier can operate in two ways:-

For smaller items, the courier can text, email or phone you to advise you of the approximate delivery time.

On the day of the delivery, if you are not in, they may post it through the letterbox if possible, or may leave it with your neighbour or may take back to the depot and leave a card.

For medium or more fragile items, they will be sent through a suitable courier service who will phone you, text you or email you prior to delivery. If they cannot get through to you, they will hold the product in their local depot.

If for whatever reason they cannot get in touch with you, they may return the item back to us after a reasonable timescale.

In this case, there will a charge for re-delivery.

For larger items or more fragile items, the items will be sent through a pallet company who will phone you or text you prior to delivery. If they cannot get through to you, they will hold the product in their local depot.

The usual mode of pallet delivery is to the kerbside, however, the delivery driver may at his discretion, deliver it to your garage.

Please note that two people are required to lift the item into your property. You can request the delivery driver to take the empty pallet away.

5. Acceptance of Goods

There will be no contract deemed between us, until goods have been dispatched by us. We resume the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch without any reason.

If we decline your order, your payment will be credited back to you within 30 days of refusing your order.

A contract will only be deemed when we dispatch the goods.

If there is a problem with the availability or delivery of stock, we will endeavour to contact you at the earliest convenient point.

6. Payment of Goods

Our main form of payment is debit/ credit card payment. We also accept bank transfer and cheque as an alternative source of payment.

7. Cancellation of Goods

You have within 7 days of delivery to cancel your order.

If your goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation of your order, it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods in pristine condition and we shall credit your account within 30 days of receiving the goods.

If you do not return the goods, and we have to arrange collection on your behalf, the goods must be available for collection within 21 days of the cancellation notice, otherwise it is deemed that you have accepted the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If we arrange collection of your goods, we will give you a refund less the collection costs.

8. Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, simply contact customer services and get authorisation to return the items.

Please note that returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking/ handling charge.

All items must be in their original packaging with all parts and must be in a sellable condition.

All goods returned, will be inspected prior to a refund given. If the goods are not in a sellable condition, an additional charge may be levied.

Goods cannot be returned to us if they are specially supplied to your order.

On cancellation of your order, it is the customers duty to send the goods back to us in good condition. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery of goods to be returned and request that you get proof of postage.

If we have to collect the item, we will have to charge you for uplifting the goods and you will be notified this prior to cancellation.

Returns will not be accepted 7 days after delivery of goods.

9. Our Liability

We do not warrant Entirely Bathrooms online or give any guarantee with the risk of use of the internet.

We refuse the liabilities in connection to:-

You agree that we are not held liable for any damages/ compensation to you or to any third party for the use of our online site, whether indirectly, consequential or incidentally.

If the goods delivered are incomplete or not as per order or are faulty, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in writing within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not informed of this in writing, we shall have no liabilities over any problems with your goods.

If you notify us within 30 days of the order, we will take the following measures to rectify the problem:-

We shall have no liability of compensation due to loss or damage, whether indirect or consequential. The only compensation will be the original cost of your goods.

We will not be responsible for any import or export documentation or duty levied. This will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

The terms stated herewithin, shall be governed by Scottish Law and any disputes will be decided only by Scottish Courts.

If for any reason, any of the terms are irrelevant, unlawful or invalid, the rest of the terms will still have effect and will be enforceable.

Entirely Bathrooms reserves the right to use any of the terms at a later period if they wish to do so, whether they have or have not exercised them earlier.
